Step 01

Takeoff & bid

We read the spec section and drawings, run the takeoff, and return a clear, itemized number with the manufacturers we intend to use.

Step 02

Submittals & supply

Submittals, color selections, and lead times handled up front so material lands when the schedule calls for it — not after.

Step 03

Installation

Our own crews set the work plumb, level, and to manufacturer detail, coordinating with the trades around us.

Step 04

Punch-out & closeout

We walk the job, correct the list, and deliver warranties and O&M documents so the scope closes clean.
